Hello, my name is Lloyd. I was born and raised in Montana and moved to Seattle in 1987. One of my more interesting jobs -- as well as a personal interest of mine -- was as lead broiler chef at a Seattle steak house.

I really enjoy the warm weather of the summer time and my favorite holiday is July 4th when you'll likely find me -- what else -- broiling steaks!

Hi, my name is Jill and I’m the “voice on the phone.” My main job is to keep the books here at ECO Cartridge Store, leaving the sales activities to Stephen and Lloyd. I’m happy to answer the phone when they’re busy but they’re the experts on ink. You won’t often see me unless we get caught short-handed and then I’m pressed into making a delivery.

This is Lexi, a little Maltese/Poodle mix and the store's mascot. She's the "official greeter" and has her own group of customers who plan their visits when they know Lexi will be in the store...which is most of the time except on Saturday when she gets the day off. She's a pretty quiet little girl so Stephen usually has to "announce" that she's coming out so as not to unduly surprise people by suddenly having a small dog standing next to them.
